Giulia comes from Florence, but now she lives in Siena, and is our Spa Manger and has been working in Borgo Scopeto since 2021.
What is your favorite place of the Borgo?
My favorite place in Borgo is the garden of the restaurant, from which you can admire an incredible view of Siena.
The most beautiful view or landscape in your opinion?
The view of Siena from the garden of the restaurant.
What activities would you suggest that the hotel offers (inside and out)?
I would suggest taking part in at least one guided tour of our cellars.
Surroundings to visit?
Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano, as well as Siena.
Which wine do you prefer from our cellars?
I really like the Borgonero.
A dish from the La Tinaia restaurant?
Among the first the homemande pici with Borgonero wine with Cinta pork meat and pecorino cheese fondant; Among the main courses the Cinta pork bar.
In SPA which treatment do you prefer to carry out?
The face at 360 degrees. In addition to seeing the immediate effect on customers' skin: visibly smoothed wrinkles and reactivated microcirculation, the customers who undergo them come out extremely relaxed after a long face and head massage; it is a great satisfaction!
