We are hiring a Guest Relations Agent for the 2023 season to join our Team.

The resource will report to the Guest Relations Manager and will assist and support the hotel's Guests during their stay on Property.

• at least 1 year experience in similar role in a luxury hotel
• knowledge of both Italian and English language. Extra languages are a plus

• Previous experience of at least 1 year in the role in a luxury hotel structure
• Maximum attention to details and guests' needs, as well as precision, punctuality and flexibility
• Excellent command of English and one other foreign language
• Leadership skills and aptitude for team work
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and colleagues
• Problem solving
• Required languages: English and Italian
