Today the protagonist of our column "Borgo Scopeto according to the staff" is Serena.
Serena comes from Naples and has been working in Borgo Scopeto since 2017 and over the years has dealt with Reception and Events affairs, acquiring professionalism and trust until she became our Room Division Manager.
My favorite place of the Borgo is the arch that leads from the wisteria of the main garden to building 9 "Il Borgo"; is a wonderful window onto the entire Sienese countryside.
My favorite landscape is from an unusal persepctive, because is the one seen from above of the Roccolo
For a contact with nature and animals, a horseback ride. To see the landscape and the Tuscan hills a Vespa tour. To learn the secrets of the tradition of Tuscan cuisine, a cooking class with our chefs.
Definitely Siena and the Castello di Brolio, but also the Crete Senesi.
My favorite wine is Altesino's Brunello di Montalcino.
It was an appetizer from last summer that I really enjoyed; Octopus, shrimp and squid with peach soup and buristo sand.
Among our cosmetics, the olive and sage face cream leaves my skin very soft without weighing it down.
