Pietro leads the kitchens of Borgo Scopeto full-time, showing in each of his creations the love for the raw material and the continuous search for flavors.

Our Relais is surrounded by hectares of vineyards and olive groves from which the farm produces excellent wine and olive oil.

Among the large green spaces of Borgo Scopeto Relais we have a vegetable garden, the lifeblood that supplies our kitchens with high quality raw materials.

To safeguard the environment and the biodiversity, we have committed to respectufully raise the bees, which unfortunately are an endangered species.
