Among the large green spaces of Borgo Scopeto Relais we have a vegetable garden, the lifeblood that supplies our kitchens with high quality raw materials.
We grow more classic varieties of vegetables such as tomatoes for sauces and salads, courgettes, peppers, aubergines and cucumbers, flavors that are the basis of our recipes, together with more particular and uncommon varieties, to increase biodiversity, wild, exotic and many aromatic and medicinal herbs that help enhance our dishes.
Our guests can discover what we grow in the garden by participating with the chef with an introductory lesson, which will then lead them to harvest and use in the kitchen.
