Access to the wellness program is for exclusive use upon reservation. The wellness program includes the use of the sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers, whirlpool tub, two relaxation areas: one inside with herbal tea and one outside. Please advise in case of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients that could affect the treatments or the use of the tools and environments of the wellness area. Upon arrival, all guests will be required to complete and sign a health questionnaire. In this way, our staff will be able to evaluate any contraindications for carrying out the desired treatment.
To better enjoy your wellness experience, we recommend that you arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure sufficient time to meet with our therapists.
In the changing rooms you will find lockers with a safety key, equipped with towels, a bathrobe and flip-flops to use during your stay. It is recommended to leave valuables, such as mobile phones and jewelery inside the lockers. Borgo Scopeto Relax declines all responsibility for any loss or damage to your personal belongings. It is not recommended to bring electronic equipment and jewelery into the wellness area as they could be damaged by water and vapours.
Each treatment will be carried out in a single appointment. Tea, herbal teas and fruit are provided in the relaxation area. Make sure you drink plenty of liquids to rehydrate after using the sauna or Turkish bath.

SPA treatments and access to the wellness center are allowed for teenagers aged 12 and over. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
