We self-purify our water without causing CO2 emissions and we use photovoltaic systems with solar panels to heat the water in our SPA pool.
Our courtesy line is created by one of our partners with the products of our farm.
We were among the first companies in the area to carry out separate waste collection not only in the rooms and common areas of the hotel, but also in our service areas and offices.
We give our guests the opportunity to reuse towels and bed linen during their stay according to their needs.
In fact, in every room there is our drop of sustainability which helps us to raise awareness among our guests about water consumption and allows them to communicate their willingness to contribute to waste.
To guarantee our guests always fresh and quality products, we have adopted the philosophy of seasonality, with a controlled supply chain. Thanks to our vegetable garden we have good and healthy seasonal vegetables available to use in our kitchens.
We rely on local producers, always preferring 0 km and organic ingredients, when possible, for the raw materials we do not have.
We safeguard the biodiversity of the local vegetation thanks to our apiary, which in turn feeds and nourishes all the greenery of Borgo Scopeto, giving us a truly unique wildflower honey.
For us, sustainability also means supporting the local community and young artists in the Siena area.
We collaborate with young musicians and artists with projects aimed at making their art known and appreciated within our estate.
